Nana's Double Chocolate Icing

Icing Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 4 TBSP cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 TBSP of vanilla

Directions

  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Add in cocoa and mix until combined.
  • Add in buttermilk
  • Continue cooking until all ingredients are melted and well combined. Cook until bubbly. Icing will look glossy and smooth when done.
  • Nuts can be added if desired.
